What makes Calamityware porcelain special?
Our porcelain is produced in an award-winning workshop in Poland using traditional methods. It is high-quality, food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe, featuring intricate designs that blend classic style with unexpected monsters and mishaps.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
While we pack our porcelain very carefully, accidents happen during transit. If your order arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
